1. Place ricotta cheese, yoghurt, maple syrup and liquer in bowl and beat until smooth.
2. Place a layer of ricotta mixture into the base of a porfait glass, top with a layer of mixed berries, then a second layer if ricotta mixture, a layer of peaches and a final layer of ricotta mixture. Decorate with strawberries and coconut. Repeat with remaining fruit and ricotta mixture to make six desserts.
