Split the lengths of French stick in half lengthways and lay,cut side up,in a roasting tin.Spread evenly with the tomato ketchup,then cover with the sliced tomatoes and mozzarella.Add the olives(if using).Rest the pizzas against each other so their upper surfaces are as flat as possible;this helps to keep the topping from slipping off as the pizzas are cooking.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C(350F) Gas Mark 4 for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.Serve warm,with a crisp lettuce salad if you like.
