INGREDIENTS
1-2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup yoghurt
METHOD
1. Pound garlic with salt in a mortar. Alternatively use a garlic press and blend with salt.

2. Combine with yoghurt, cover and chill until required. Serve with fried vegetables, kebabs and as specified in recipes.
