1. Put water in a long-handled coffee pot.
2. Add coffee, sugar and ginger and stir well to combine. Set on medium heat and bring to the boil. Remove from heat until bubbling subsides, then return to the boil. Do this 3 times in all.
3. Put into tiny Aradic coffee cups or demitasse cups and serve. Amount makes 6 cups of the former, 4 cups if served in demitasse cups.
