INGREDIENTS
300g paneer, cut into rectangular pieces
2 tsp aniseeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp onion seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
6-8 cloves garlic, crushed
1" piece ginger, grated
3 medium onions, chopped fine
3-4 green chilies, chopped fine
1/2 cup yoghurt, beaten
2 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
4 tbsp oil
salt to taste
METHOD
Heat oil and add all the seeds. Fry until they splutter. 

Add onions and fry until almost brown. Add garlic, ginger and green chilies. Cook for a few minutes and add the yoghurt and mango powder. Cook until the liquid dries. 

Lastly, add paneer, salt and chili powder and stir for a couple of minutes. 

Garnish with slit green chilies and chopped coriander leaves.

Variation - for Achaari Subziyan(Vegetables) substitute paneer with mixed vegetables.
