INGREDIENTS
3 cups mutton mince
2 tablespoons garlic paste
2 tablespoons ginger paste
4 to 5 green chillies chopped
1 tablespoons cumin powder
2 tablespoons garlic chopped
1 cup coriander chopped
3 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
METHOD
Wash and clean the mince.Apply the ginger paste,garlic paste and salt and keep aside.

In a microwave safe bowl,Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and microwave on high 100% for 2 minutes.

Add the green chillies and microwave on high for another 2 minutes.

Add the mince and 1/2 cup of water and microwave on high for 15 minutes,stirring after every 5 minutes.

Add the cumin powder,mix well and keep aside. In another microwave safe bowl,combine 1 tablespoon of oil with the garlic and microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Add the fried garlic and coriander to the mince,mix well and microwave on high for 1.5 minutes.Serve hot with the pulao or parathas.
