INGREDIENTS
250g onions, thinly sliced
200g tomatoes, chopped
4-5 green chilies, finely chopped
2 tbsp mint leaves, finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
4-5 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
pepper to taste
METHOD
Mix all the vegetable in a salad bowl. Add the seasoning and lemon juice. Serves chilled. 

Note: 
This is a common Indian salad, served with the main meal or as a garnish.
