Preheat oven to 400F. Rinse duck thoroughly in cool water. Sprinkle cavity with salt and pepper. Set onion and celery leaves inside cavity. Tie legs and wings together with strings. Prick skin around leg and wing string. Prick fork. Arrange duckling, breast side down, on trivet in microproof and heatproof baking dish. Cook at 400F 25 minutes. Cook at 400F, 20 minutes. Serve with orange Sauce.
