Place the broccoli spears in a shallow serving dish,cover and cook on pl.9 for 9 minutes.
Melt the fat in a 1-1.5 pt bowl.Stir in the flour,and microwave on pl.7 for 1 minute,add the stock,stirring well and microwave on pl.9 for 4-1/2 minutes,or until thickened,stirring twice.
Allow to cool and add the egg yolks and lemon juice.Season to taste.Pour over the broccoli and heat on pl.8 for 1-1/2 minutes.
