INGREDIENTS
240g tiger prawns
1g garam masala
1 egg
10g bread crumbs
5g sesame seeds
25g yoghurt
oil
10g cheese
2g yellow chili powder
10g pepper ginger garlic paste
lime juice
salt
METHOD
Shell prawns and slit deep along the length.Keep tail intact.

Marinate prawns in salt,pepper,garam masala,yellow chili,lime juice and ginger/garlic paste for 30 minutes.

Mix yoghurt,egg and cheese.

Dip prawns in mixture,bread crumbs and roll in sesame seeds.

Skewer each prawn,deep fry till done.
Serve with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
