Mix tomato puree, besan (gram flour), salt and pepper together. Add all the other ingredients, mixing well. In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tbsp. of oil and pour 2 tbsp. of batter and spread evenly. Cook on medium fire until done. Cook evenly on both sides. Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
NOTE: you can also use moong dal flour for this recipe in place of besan.
