INGREDIENTS
1/2 kg lamb
5 green chillies
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 small piece ginger
10 cloves garlic
2 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 1/2 cup curd
4 tablespoon grated coconuts
1 teaspoon red chillies
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 large onion
2 tablespoon refined oil
Salt to taste
METHOD
Wash and cut meat, and soak in curd for half an  hour. Grind half the onion together with green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic,poppy seeds, garam masala, coconut, red chillies and coriander. Slice remaining onions. In a casserole add oil, sliced onions, ground masala and cook. Micro High-4 mins. Add meat along with the curd, add salt and stir well. Add a little water and cook. First Combo-230F-15 mins.

Then Micro High-12 mins.
