INGREDIENTS
5 cups Paneer Dices
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon Ajwain
2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon kasoori methi
1 egg
1/4 cup besan
120ml cream
Salt to taste
METHOD
Cut the paneer into 1 1/2 inch dices and sprinkle  with ajwain, cumin seeds, garam masala, white pepper powder, turmeric and salt. Leave aside for 30 mins. Meanwhile make a thick batter with egg, besan, cream and salt. Coat the paneer dices in the batter and place it on the metal rack. Preheat to dices in the batter and place it on the metal rack.
