INGREDIENTS
2 small sized chickens
1/2 cup curd
1 teaspoon juice of garlic
1/2 teaspoon juice of ginger
2 teaspoon juice of onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 lemon
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon oil
a little orange colour
METHOD
Wash and prick the chicken all over with a fork. In a bowl mix all the above ingredients. Dip the chicken in the mixture and let them remain for at least 2-3 hours. The longer they stay in the mixture the better it is.

Pierce the two chicken with the single Bar-Be-Que rod in case of rotchef, else skewers tray and fix it in the preheated oven. Switch it on Toast rotate the chicken frequently and paste with oil while grilling. To assist with the rotating tie the legs of each chicken with a thread before threading it on the rod.
