INGREDIENTS
250g seviyan (vermicelli)
1/2 cup oil or ghee
1/2 cup almonds soaked
1/4 cup pistachios sliced
10 green cardamom, crushed
FOR SYRUP
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
METHOD
Peel the soaked almonds and slice them. Mix the milk and sugar and cook until sugar has dissolved. Heat oil and roast seviyan along with the cardamoms until golden brown. Add the syrup and cook until the seviyan are dry. Garnish with nuts and serve hot.
