INGREDIENTS
4 cups cooked rice
3 green chilies, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup spring onions, chopped
1/4 cup french beans, finely chopped
1 small carrot, diced
1 small capsicum, diced
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
3-4 tbsp oil
salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Heat oil in a wok and add the green chilies. When the chilies splutter add garlic and spring onions. Fry for a minute and add the vegetables. Fry until the vegetables are almost done then add the rice. Add the rest of the ingredients mixing them all very well. Serve hot with Szechuan sauce.
