INGREDIENTS
4 to 6 potatoes cooked quartered
1/2 pound fresh green beans
1 package frozen cauliflower
4 hard-cooked eggs
METHOD
Cook vegetables separately in the usual way. While warm,arrange on platter with eggs cut in quarters. Meantime,prepare Salsa Verde; pour over vegetables.
