INGREDIENTS
7 1/2 cups fresh milk
4 1/2 tsp agar agar powder
3 tbsp custard powder, dissolved in a little milk
10 tbsp sugar
2-3 mangoes, pureed
1 mango, chopped into small pieces
1 1/2 tsp mango essence
1/2 cup fresh cream, whipped
evaporated milk for serving
METHOD
Dissolve agar- agar in one cup of hot water. Add in milk and let it boil stirring continuously. Add the custard powder paste and sugar. Cook till the milk thickens slightly. Cool the mixture and add in the pureed mangoes, mango essence and cream. Pour into a mould and let it set in the fridge. Decorate with chopped mangoes. Serve with evaporated milk.
