INGREDIENTS
500g potatoes
200g onions, sliced
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chili powder
curry leaves
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground mustard seeds
2 inch cinnamon stick
1 tsp lime juice
3 tbsp oil
salt to taste
METHOD
Boil potatoes, peel and cut into bite size pieces. Place the potatoes in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder and paprika. 

Heat oil in pan, add curry leaves, sliced onion, mustard and cinnamon. Fry onion until golden brown. Add potatoes and continue stirring until cooked. Adjust seasoning if necessary and sprinkle with lime juice before serving.
