INGREDIENTS
500g feta cheese
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
3 black olives, sliced
METHOD
Place cheese on a large piece of foil paper and drizzle with oil. Top with remaining ingredients, gather foil around cheese and fold over to seal. 

Place on oven tray and bake in moderate oven for about 25 minutes or until cheese is soft. Put cheese into a serving dish together with the oil and serve warm with crusty French bread.
