  Serving Size ::
  Cuisine type :: Indian
  Cooking time :: Less than 5 mins
  Course :: Lunch
INGREDIENTS
500g plain flour
1 packet instant yeast
1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 tsp crushed garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
1 1/4 cups warm water
2 tbsp italian basil leaves, chopped
salt & black pepper to taste
METHOD
Add sifted flour to large bowl. Add in the rest of the dry ingredients and mix well. Add warm water and knead dough. If dough does not come together add in a little extra warm water a few tablespoons at a time to ensure that dough does not become too soggy. Knead well. Put dough into a lightly oiled bowl cover with a damp cloth and leave to rise in a warm place until dough has risen and doubled in size. Take out dough onto a lightly floured work surface and knead lightly. Spread dough thickly onto oiled baking sheets and bake at 200 C for about 35 minutes or until bread is cooked.
