Add pasta to large pan of boiling salted water, boil uncovered until just tender, drain; keep warm. Add sauce to pasta and toss well. Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
Red Pepper and chili sauce:
Grill peppers until skin blisters and blackens; cool. Remove skin, chop peppers roughly. Blend or process peppers with tomatoes, chili, garlic, thyme, tomato paste, oil and peppercorns until smooth. Season to taste.
