INGREDIENTS
200g basmati rice
2 to 3 bay leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 spring lemon grass and curry leaves
1 stick cinnamon, 3 cloves
1 big spoon ghee
METHOD
Pour the rice in a big pot of boiling water with salt, lemon grass and bay leaf. Stain when nearly done.

In the same pot pour ghee tempered with curry leaves, cardamoms, cloves and cinnamon.

Stir with a light hand and leave on low fire for about 10 minutes.
