Gastro's Philosophy
After I0 years at the restaurant La Broche, they decided to start a new stage with an emotional involvement in every single detail about the experience of coming to the new Sergi Arola Gastro.
They assume with full responsibility and professionalism each aspect of the dining experience, without excuses. In addition to Sergi's kitchen and Sara's dining room, a sommelier coordinating on behalf of Daniel Poveda with more than 700 references worldwide, with special attention to the most innovative proposals in the wine world. Homemade bread every day, flavoured salts, pates, sausages. Different kind of butter also made them in the restaurant, and also a selection of teas and infusions selected by the expert Sergio Ortiz.
