The prime season for asparagus is between April and June, and they say that the flavour improves as the weather warms up. Considered the time when this seasonal delicacy is at its best, Grand Executive Chef Hemant Oberoi has twisted this aristocratic vegetable into exciting new avatars. Shamiana, The Zodiac Grill and Wasabi by Morimoto bring forth unique menus with special recipes and preparations for the discerning guests from the 25th of May to the 3rd of June 2012.

The 3 course meal at Shamiana of starters, main course and desserts brings an array of delicious and exciting creations which range from soups such as Asparagus Cappuccino, Chilled Asparagus Soup scrumptious starters like Asparagus Parfait to a appetizing main course of Asparagus Roesti Gruyere Cheese, Asparagus &* Chicken Stroganoff and lastly delicious desserts like the Asparagus Soufflé which will fill you pallet with astonishing healthy food.

Wasabi by Morimoto presents an exquisite menu for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians! Guests can indulge in the authentic contemporary Japanese cuisine made with this exotic ingredient.
