MoMo Café will offer daily Stately Menus and exciting Live stations beginning with dinner menus from 6 August 2012 and wrapping up with an Independence Day Brunch on 15 August 2012. A special entry will be Guest Chef Krishna Rao from Hyderabad Marriott Hotel and Convention Centre who will be highlighting cuisine from South India whereas our in-house Executive Sous Chef Arunava Mukherjee will toss up North Indian specialties for the buffets.

Throughout this historically significant week, take pleasure in the cultural representation of traditional delicacies like Safed Mirch Ka Salan or Andhra Chilly Chicken from Andhra Pradesh, Malvani Fish Curry or Kothimbir Wadi from Maharashtra, Paniaram or Urlai Pattani Kurma from Tamil Nadu , Laskari Shorba or Acchari Murgh Ke Chaamp from Lashkari, Chicken Coconut Fry or Kutu Kari from Kerala, Harey Moong Ke Gosht or Paneer Lababdar from Awadh, Gosht Beliram or Choley Bhature from Punjab, Laal Maans or Ker Sangri from Rajasthan, Tehari Aloo or Khatti Dal from Hyderabad and other dishes that characterize abundant and versatile regions of India.
