INGREDIENTS
1 cup mint leaves
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp garlic paste
2 green chilies, chopped
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp pomegranated seeds (anardana)
METHOD
Wash mint and coriander leaves, and pat dry.

Grind all ingredients to a smooth paste.

Store in an airtight jar and preserve in the refrigerator. It will stay for a week.

Note:Mix this chutney with a little curd to make a delicious accompaniment for tandoori tikka and kabab.
