INGREDIENTS
2 cups atta (wheat flour)
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
100g green capsicum
100g button mushrooms
50g spring onions
50g black olives
100g tomatoes
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
butter for frying
METHOD
Make chappati (Indian bread) dough adding a pinch of salt. Chop the vegetables very fine. Before cooking add salt, pepper, chili powder and cheese to the vegetables. Roll one roti and put some vegetable mixture on it and cover with another roti. Cook the roti on a tava (griddle) spreading a little butter; fry both sides of the roti until crispy. Cut into pieces and serve.
