Wash the almonds and liquidize using 2 cups of water. Using cheesecloth, strain and squeeze out the milk from the almonds. Add 2 more cups of water and repeat the procedure. Discard the residue.
Pour 3 cups of water in a cooking pot. Add the almond milk, agar - agar, and screw pine leaves. Cook.
Dissolve the agar- agar and add in the sugar, cook until the sugar dissolves. Add in the evaporated milk and almond essence and stir. Pour it into a tray. Let it cool and set before chilling in the fridge.
Cut into small pieces and serve in a bowl with all the fruit along with syrup, and crushed ice.
