INGREDIENTS
450g raw mangoes, peeled and coarsely grated
2 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp maggi seasoning or light soya sauce
1 tsp garlic, minced
3-4 fresh red chilies, minced
4-5 shallots, sliced
3 tbsp peanuts, roasted and chopped
Coriander leaves for garnishing
METHOD
Mix the sugar, lime juice, and soya sauce. Pour onto the mangoes add garlic, red chilies, and shallots. Mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and peanuts. The quantity of sugar and lime juice has to be adjusted depending on how sour the mangoes are.

Variation: 
Pomelo could be used instead of mangoes for Thai Pomelo salad.
