INGREDIENTS
250g plain chocolate
200g double cream
4 tbsp honey
2 tsp vanilla essence
10-15 almonds, coarsely chopped
10-15 walnuts, coarsely chopped
METHOD
Melt the chocolate and cream with honey in a double boiler over gentle heat until smooth. Add nuts and essence. Serve warm with sliced fruit.
